Hydraulically powered vices

Hydraulically powered vices are among the best-selling types of vices for working on CNC machines and conventional milling machines. The main advantage is the high clamping force of the vice with minimal effort from the vice operator. Most of these vices have a special system of moving jaw pressure, where the moving jaw is always pressed into the bottom of the vice when tightened and does not lift the workpiece. Due to their high clamping force, hydraulically powered vices are suitable for roughing, but they are also great for finishing work. The hydraulic booster is always part of the screw in the vice and does not need to be connected to any external unit.
